Responsibilities Understand the GSK Global Data Framework, including semantic layers and all relevant data/analytics definitions in the commercial and medical space. Implement local Commercial and Medical Customer & Operational Analytics reporting solutions to enhance analytics without duplicating global solutions. Develop user stories, technical specifications, data architectures and data models for dashboards and reporting solutions. Develop test scenarios and test cases with acceptance criteria, identify and drive reuse of existing data models. Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops,



analysis and document the findings. Document post‐implementation problems and revision requests. Identify risks or issues and communicate them to management and stakeholders. Qualifications (Basic) Degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, life sciences or a related field. +4 years of experience in reporting or analytics. Experience as a Business and/or Technical Data Analyst in a complex enterprise environment. Proven track record delivering complex analytics projects. Experience with Power BI, SQL (preferably T‐SQL) and cloud data platforms such as Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Azure Databricks. Preferred Qualifications Experience in an agile environment and with enterprise ITSM tools. Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning and clustering techniques.
