34405 Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center - Nursing: Medical/Surgical IU 3 Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience. The RN provides age‐appropriate patient care to include the child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient, addressing biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family educational needs. The RN provides critical care, including but not limited to continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, continuous IV admixture infusion, ventilator management, invasive line management, and patient ADLs. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred Licensure/Certification: Licensed RN in Georgia or Alabama as per job location; ACLS and BCLS certification Interpersonal skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills,



commitment to customer service; effective communication across all age groups; works effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Compensation and Benefits Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
