The work location will be in the new mass production fab in Catania for the manufacturing of devices on SiC substrates. This facility is a first of a kind in Europe for the production in volume of 8” SiC devices, integrating all steps in the production flow.Your main tasks as a Process Engineer will be to optimize and improve the efficiency of manufacturing equipment and industrial processes. In the early stages of the new Fab, special focus will be on the start-up and qualification of equipment and processes to support the capacity ramp-up.Main Responsabilities:* Install and qualify new equipment and processes, with a strong interaction with suppliers.* Monitor equipment performance in the production environment and perform troubleshooting on equipment failures.* Create new strategies to improve process and equipment robustness.* Optimize process and equipment performance to improve overall efficiency, quality, cost and cycl
