About Vita Avanza Vita Avanza is an early-stage AI company building technology for immigrants, international students and newcomers navigating life in a new country. Our platform, Vita, provides multilingual guidance across bureaucracy, integration and everyday processes, combining AI-based assistance, verified information and human escalation when necessary. Vita Avanza is a Startup Innovativa based in Trento and is part of programs including NVIDIA Inception, Microsoft for Startups, Google for Startups and AWS Activate. The Role We are looking for a Founding Engineer to join Vita Avanza at an early stage and work closely with the founding team. This is not a traditional software engineering role. You will have the opportunity to influence technical decisions, improve existing systems, build new product features and contribute directly to the architecture and evolution of Vita Avanza. What You Will Work On Build and improve core Vita Avanza product features Develop AI-powered and multilingual user experiences Work on our RAG and knowledge retrieval infrastructure Improve AI reliability, grounding and safety systems Contribute to the development of internal AI tools Build and improve web and mobile applications Collaborate directly with the founding team on product and technical decisions Experiment, test and ship quickly Our Current Stack Next.js Type Script Expo / React Native AI and RAG systems Experience with every technology listed above is not required.
