Mission The Electrical Plant Design Specialist is responsible, within the projects they are assigned to, for all engineering activities related to the design of the electrical systems under their responsibility. These activities include 3D modeling and management of interfaces between different packages. Their involvement may be full or partial depending on project needs. The specialist reports to the Project Leader or Group Leader for project‐specific aspects,



and interfaces with the Head of Department regarding workload and the quality of the produced documentation. Main Activities & Responsibilities Ensure the quality of produced documentation and its compliance with project contractual requirements, within the assigned budget and schedule. Support the Group Leader or Head of Department in implementing and continuously updating departmental and company standards, procedures, and work instructions. Acquire the technical training required by the department and company, and share new design techniques with colleagues across the group. Keep up to date with technical innovations within the discipline and transfer knowledge to other specialists and engineers. Monitor the state of the art and provide technical and commercial evaluations of new products, technologies, workflows, and applications.
