About the role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. As a Commis de Rang you will prepare the dining venues and equipment, food pass and service area of your assigned station in the restaurant, ensuring guests are consistently provided with courteous, engaging, prompt and efficient service. You will assist the Chef de Rang in the serving of food and attending guest needs and requests, be highly visible in the operation, provide an expert service experience, clear and reset tables according to standards and respect
