Responsibilities
Guarantee the achievement of the social, commercial and risk objectives of the territorial area (Piemonte, Liguria, Lombardia, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Emilia Romagna) in terms of financing for private individuals and companies, cross‐selling, debt recovery, services and support.
Preside and manage the team and branches of the reference area, focusing on credit instruction quality and recovery performance.
Develop business in the territory, strengthening strategic relationships and generating new commercial opportunities, both personally and through the coordination of branch development activities.
Guide individuals towards continuous improvement through structured feedback and by fostering the development of each person's skills.
Value the team's potential, ensuring completion of training paths and continuous alignment with company standards.
Represent the company in the territory, ensuring consistency between mission, values and achieved results.
Qualifications




Degree in Economics or related disciplines (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking/financial sector.
Strong credit merit analysis skills, including knowledge of guarantees issued by the Central Fund (MCC).
Excellent knowledge of Office suite; additional knowledge of AS400 appreciated.

Employment Details
Full‐time, Monday to Friday.
Preferred candidates residing in Milan, Bologna or Venice.
CCNL applied: Commercio e Servizi.
Contract: indefinite, managerial level (Quadri). Salary range: RAL €45,000‐60,000; monthly €3,600‐€4,400.
