As a System Architect at Micron Technology, Inc. you will be responsible for defining next generation of Managed NAND architecture, studying and reverse engineering system software and system hardware.Through the design/integration team you will provide support regarding MNAND products like eMMC and UFS, in Android/Linux platforms to:Characterize usage models and platform behaviors,Propose new ASIC architectures, FW models, NAND changes,Support BU’s customer discussion on next generation topics,AI impact on storage products.The ideal candidate for this role would share our passion for new topics, idea generation and prototypization,



system modeling.We are looking for highly talented, passionate, and versatile engineer that can contribute to pave the way to next generations embedded storage on Android/Linux platforms. Come and join usResponsibilities* Run characterizations on Android platforms (phones and development boards).* Develop and run system and mNAND architecture models, provide configurations/options tradeoff analysis for future MNAND design.* Enable and modify system platforms (mobile phones, and automotive development boards).* Run benchmark tools, and analyze their outputs (e.g.: performances data).* Design automatic kernel logging system (e.g.: dmesg, kmsg, ftrace, etc.).* Investigate kernel drivers and impact of new features.* Build kernel Linux to enable/disable MNAND features.Minimum qualifications:* Experience of Bash Shell scripting language.* Python knowledge and data analysis libraries (e.g. numpy, pandas, polar).* Programming skills
