Experteer Overview In this role you will drive regional sales for Rhythm Management solutions, building strong clinical and non-clinical relationships to grow market share. You will work with cross‐functional partners to develop and execute tailored account plans and support procedures in the operating room when needed. This position centers on strategic account management, tendering, and negotiations within the Lazio‐Umbria‐Abruzzo region, with preferred focus on Rome. You'll contribute to a mission of advancing science for life by delivering patient‐centered solutions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead commercial activities to convert accounts and grow regional market share
Plan and execute regional/local sales strategies aligned with business goals
Build relationships with clinical and non‐clinical stakeholders with support from FCS, SAM, KAM, and RSM
Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within the territory
Manage end‐to‐end sales process: account planning, pricing, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with KAMs, FCS,



and Inside Sales to implement tailored Account Action Plans
Maximize stakeholder engagement, including operating room support when required
Account strategy & execution and stakeholder relationship management responsibilities
Clinical insight and patient pathway understanding to inform sales efforts
Responsabilità 2+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales
Exposure to Rhythm Management products or clinical support preferred
Experience supporting procedures in the operating room valued
Knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape
Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred
Skilled in tender preparation and engaging with purchasing departments and hospital decision‐makers
Strong business acumen with planning and execution of sales strategies
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Positive attitude, high motivation, and a team‐oriented mindset
Willingness to travel regionally and natio
