Job Responsibilities
Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
Carry out remote online support and on-site service when necessary.
Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
Attend meetings with customers when necessary.
Qualifications
Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or other related fields.
Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after‐sales service, on‐site operation and related experience.
Ability to travel frequently.
Ability to work under pressure.
Dedication to problem solving.
Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipment.
