As we continue to strengthen our Breast & Skeletal Health business across Europe, we are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead growth, build strategic customer partnerships, and drive exceptional performance across Italy.
This is an exciting opportunity for a high‐performing sales professional with a strong track record in medical devices or healthcare sales who thrives in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment and is motivated by delivering meaningful impact.
As the Sales Manager you will develop, achieve and maintain district business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution within a designated territory. You will be responsible for coaching, managing external sales agents, and ensuring fast implementation and execution of strategies, projects, and methods.



You will also be responsible for provision of excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support, and act as the effective representative for and positive promotion of the Hologic brand. You will establish and maintain high‐level Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
What to expect
Develop and execute strategic territory business plans aligned with company objectives.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales execution, opportunity management, and successful contract negotiations.
Build strong relationships with key decision‐makers, influencers, purchasing groups, and clinical stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer partnerships.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, performance data, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Lead complex commercial discussions and secure favourable outcomes that support long‐term business success
