We are looking for an exceptional Performance and Risk Manager based in Italy or Spain to join our Gas Power Aereo Services team.
The Aereo Performance and Risk Manager will identify, manage, and mitigate operational and contractual risks while championing productivity and cost efficiency across our long‐term service contracts.
You will act as a key partner to our operations and finance teams, ensuring that our service delivery remains safe, reliable, and profitable. By analyzing fleet performance and driving continuous improvement, you will help us prevent losses, reduce waste, and sustain high‐performance standards across our global energy infrastructure.
How You Will Make a Difference Mitigate operational and commercial risks by maintaining robust risk registers and proactive mitigation strategies.
Analyze complex data to monitor financial and operational KPIs, ensuring our service delivery stays aligned with contract commitments.
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to streamline work preparation, scheduling, and execution methods.




Lead root‐causal analysis efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve long‐term asset performance.
The ability to navigate long‐term service contracts and industrial maintenance environments.
The capability to translate complex operational data into clear financial and performance insights.
An understanding of the drivers behind operational risk, productivity, and cost management.
An expertise in influencing stakeholders across operations, finance, and contract management teams.
A keen interest in continuous improvement and driving sustainable change.
This is a permanent, fully remote position based in Italy or Spain.
