Overview of the Role
Salesforce seeks a Technical Consultant to join its Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). The role involves collaborating with customers and partners to design, code, and deploy Salesforce Platform solutions, including enterprise integrations and middleware tools. The consultant will provide technical leadership, develop solution architecture, and ensure high client satisfaction.
Your Impact
Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer success, guiding solution development, managing releases, troubleshooting implementations, evaluating requirements, managing risk, negotiating solutions, and building client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT, with hands‑on technical and solution implementation experience; coding in object‑oriented languages.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience supporting customers and project teams in deploying emerging technology.
- Strong presentation, communication,



and facilitation skills; ability to work independently and in a distributed team.
- Availability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Background in object‑oriented programming (e.g., Java) and understanding of REST/SOAP, microservices, and event‑driven architectures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications and experience with the Salesforce Platform, Revenue Cloud, or similar billing/revenue products.
- Experience with AI‑assisted development tools.
- Senior consulting or technical lead experience in matrix teams at a top‑tier consultancy or system integrator.
- Familiarity with building and managing internal and external relationships.
