Experteer OverviewIn this role you serve as the primary HR partner for the Trento plant, guiding managers on labor law, performance, development, and day-to-day people matters. You'll coordinate with regional and global CoE teams to execute HR processes and initiatives at the plant level. You will maintain compliant labor relations with the Workers Council and use HR data to drive improvements in people and business performance.
