Job Description Overview Reporting to the Marketing Lead Italy and Greece, the Product Manager is responsible for developing and effectively executing the local market plan for the assigned product(s) within the country. The role contributes to local marketing planning and ensures strong alignment between the regional brand strategy and country-level implementation, driving impactful execution and consistency across markets.



Key Accountabilities Strategic Alignment between IMCO and Italy — 40% • Liaising with IMCO on an ongoing basis to represent the strategic needs of Italy and ensure adequate attention and support from IMCO for: ◦ Portfolio prioritization ◦ Launch readiness in the country through plans, tools, required training, and relevant information needed for launch success ◦ Ensuring alignment between Italy and IMCO with regard to brand strategies, and ensuring the diffusion of the marketing plan from IMCO to Italy ◦ Working with all functions (Medical Affairs, Price & Trade Channel, and Business Excellence, etc.) to ensure deployment of marketing plans ◦ Oversee AMI plans and activities and ensure alignment with strategic plans.
