Key Responsibilities
The resource, included within the Bijoux Business Unit, will have the following responsibilities:
Development and Production of Made to Order/ VIC/ VIP/ GIFT Orders
Follow the entire development cycle of MTO custom products and VIP, VIC, and GIFT special orders from initial brief to delivery
Constantly aligning with Design and Marketing in Paris for the fine‐tuning of the pieces and the management of any changes during the work
Interfacing daily with Suppliers and the Purchasing, Industrialization and Quality departments to transform customer requests into pieces that follow the company's quality standards within the agreed times and costs.
Data Management & PLM System
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of technical data, bills of materials (BOM)



and product sheets within PLM software
Keep systems up to date regarding specific product variants, materials, and manufacturing processes
Cost Management and Control
Monitor, estimate, and negotiate production costs
Business Unit cross‐functional Support
For the Standard Collections, when necessary, he/she collaborates proactively with the rest of the Team in terms of Launches management, material research, technical solutions and supports to the Data System and Costing
Profile
PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics with strong technical inclination or Technical Diploma with equivalent experience
Previous experience in jewelry and bijoux, at least 3-5 years
Fluent in English (knowledge of French is considered a plus)
