Overview We are looking for a Junior CMS Developer to join us at Olive Tree Consulting on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will help us build, organize, and maintain the digital platforms and content structures that support our advisory work. Our client is an international fashion and luxury brand, and we work closely with them to simplify their internal knowledge systems and operational databases. This is a hybrid position that combines flexible remote days with scheduled collaborative days in the office, and it comes with attractive, competitive pay.
What you will do Configure and update CMS platforms, wiki tools, and internal databases to match client guidelines and structure.
Collaborate with our advisory team to translate written organizational designs into neat, functional page layouts.
Help upload, format, and organize rich text, imagery, and files within various content systems to ensure readability.
Test system features and page links to ensure everything behaves as expected on both mobile and desktop screens.
Create simple,
step-by-step documentation to help client teams understand how to upload and manage their own content moving forward.
Participate in hybrid team sessions to brainstorm technical layouts and coordinate weekly content updates.
