Job Summary The Product Manager is responsible for developing the growth strategy for assigned products. In this role you will lead the development, innovation and market expansion of Ingersoll Rand compressed air desiccant dryers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and customer-driven innovation to optimize product performance, ensure market competitiveness, and drive growth. Responsibilities Market & Competitor Analysis: conduct detailed industry, market, and competitor analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs and translating market insights into product strategy. Business Case Creation: develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, focusing on ROI, financial impact, and strategic alignment to support data-driven decision-making. Product Innovation & New Product Development: drive product innovation by identifying customer needs and market opportunities, ensuring successful new product development. Project management: through the stage-gate approval process , managing cross-functional collaboration,



risk assessment, and milestone execution to deliver high-quality, market-ready solutions. Product Strategy Roadmap: define a clear product roadmap and ensure its execution by coordinating cross-functional efforts. Regularly monitor progress, assess implementation effectiveness, and adjust strategies to align with evolving market and business requirements. Product Positioning: define and optimize product positioning to ensure clear value propositions, differentiation strategies, market competitiveness.
