Local Study Manager (LDL) – Oncology

Job Overview
We seek a Local Delivery Lead (LDL) for the Oncology therapeutic area to lead within‑country operational feasibility, planning and delivery of PhaseI‑IV clinical trials and epidemiological studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for within‑country execution and delivery of assigned studies to time, budget, and quality expectations.
- Lead matrix project management of country and site‑level activities, including site management and monitoring.
- Serve as the operational point‑of‑contact between the central Study Delivery Lead and in‑country staff.
- Collaborate closely with local medical staff and CRAs to ensure compliance with IND/GCP/ICH guidelines, GSK SOPs and local regulations.
- Monitor and report on local regulatory requirements and GSK corporate policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- University scientific degree (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing,



etc.).
- 3years of Clinical Operations experience, including at least 2years of in‑country monitoring or study management.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, trial management, regulatory, processes and quality requirements.
- Self‑motivated, independent, proactive with ability to influence decisions and build credibility.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus; fluent in Italian and English.
