As a Specialist on the Napoli store team, you will be responsible for driving commercial performance, managing a high‐performing team, and ensuring the store operates at the highest level of excellence. You will work closely with the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team to create an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities Manage the floor comprehensively across the four key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
Support the Store Manager in daily activities and contribute to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).
Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions,



communication) established by central departments.
Train new hires and guide them through their growth and development path in collaboration with Managers.
Interact trustfully and openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
Celebrate wins and credit the team and individuals for their successes.
Qualifications Minimum of 3‐4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
