We are looking for a Content & Community Specialist who combines editorial thinking, platform expertise,



and community management skills to help create meaningful conversations between brands and people. Reporting to the Head of Content , the successful candidate will join the Content Team and bring 2–3 years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub. Editorial Planning
Develop monthly and always‐on editorial calendars across social media platforms under the guidance of a Senior Content Manager.
Identify reactive and proactive content opportunities based on trends, cultural moments, and community insights.
Ensure consistency in tone of voice and adherence to platform best practices across all content.
Community Management
Prepare briefs for creative, design, and motion teams regarding editorial assets.
Collaborate throughout the entire content production process, from briefing to publishing.
Support influencer and creator activations from an editorial perspective.
Ensure content is optimized for each platf
