They offer a structured, international environment where cross-functional collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams is key to their global market success MISSION Operating as a critical individual contributor within the Group Supply Chain department, you will act as the strategic and operational "pivot" for the organisation. Your core mission is to orchestrate global S&OP; processes and oversee intercompany data flows. You will be responsible for strengthening the operational link between international subsidiaries, ensuring seamless alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing divisions. RESPONSIBILITIES S&OP; & Forecasting Cycles:



Lead and optimise the operational execution of the global S&OP; framework alongside quarterly forecasting cycles; manage end-to-end data gathering and prepare executive meeting agendas. Demand Alignment & Portfolio Comple xity: Reconcile commercial sales forecasts with international manufacturing capacities, successfully managing balancing acts across a complex portfolio of over 45,000 products. Consensus Forecasting & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with Regional Managers and Sales Directors to validate market inputs, utilising strong personal authority to constructively challenge raw commercial data and secure a unified consensus forecast. Intercompany Supply & Sourcing Synchronisation: Supervise internal group transactions (subsidiaries acting as mutual suppliers/customers) and look for triangular shipping opportunities to streamline distribution; troubleshoot and resolve electronic data transmission blocks
