Partner with the best The Project Management Specialist - Project Planning will be collaborating with others to build the best solutions for our business. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
Responsibilities Creating project plan, providing target dates and timing baseline to involved functions, prioritizing critical tasks and constraints, making sure they are accurately integrated into project planning scenario.
Guaranteeing other functions have access to accurate reports and projections and relevant documents are available for the customer.




Maintaining the progress & main schedule risks for each project and regularly communicating updates to his/her manager as well as colleagues and other functional managers.
Contributing to project execution as a project team member or leading small projects.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams/initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Good knowledge of O365 apps (at least very good at MS Excel, experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, Forms and Flow), knowledge of systems such as Oracle ERP and Primavera P6 is advanta
