Overview
We are currently recruiting a talented lawyer to join our Transfer Pricing group within the Tax Department in Milan. Responsibilities
Transfer pricing advisory activities, including structuring transfer pricing policies across different types of transactions and business sectors.
Preparation of related documentation and supporting analyses, including economic analyses and benchmarking of intercompany financial transactions and profit attribution to permanent establishments.
Transfer pricing risk prevention/management activities (e.g., ICAP, unilateral and multilateral APAs, MAPs, Tax Audits).
Advised clients on international taxation and tax risk compliance.
Qualifications
Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar.




Candidates with between 1 and 3 years' PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and experience for this role.
Previous experience in international tax and transfer pricing matters.
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English.
Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude.
