We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable CMF Designer to provide high quality support to our customers.
- Attendance at internal meetings and preparation of meeting minutes to ensure alignment among the project team and suppliers.
- Research and benchmarking activities on trends, sustainable technologies, and innovative CMF (Color, Material & Finish) solutions with a long‑term perspective.
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and support for Art & Color presentations, including the setup of graphics, panels, and material samples.
- Creation of high-quality photorealistic renderings of exterior and interior designs to visualize and validate CMF proposals.
- Support in the development of departmental and executive presentations for senior management and Leadership.
- Research and development of innovative CMF solutions using Artificial Intelligence tools, in compliance with company security standards.




- Development of 2D and 3D CMF graphic concepts (textures, patterns, trims, and exterior liveries), including production‑ready artwork and design guidelines aligned with technical, industrial, and brand requirements.

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Industrial/Material/Textile/Fashion Design.
- Mandatory professional CMF design portfolio; Sensitivity to Luxury/Sport Car & CMF trends.
- Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D visualization tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, KeyShot, and similar software.
- Skilled at building and maintaining effective cross‑functional relationships with design, engineering, manufacturing, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a multicultural international team.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
