What your day will look like
- Act as a trusted People & Culture partner for managers and employees across Italy and Spain, providing guidance on employee relations and people matters.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding activities.
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, collective agreements, and company policies while managing employment-related documentation.
- Partner with external providers, legal advisors, payroll partners,



and local authorities to support HR operations and compliance requirements.
- Support recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and development initiatives across both countries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to regional and global People & Culture projects.

What you'll bring
- 3–5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People & Culture role.
- Solid practical knowledge of Italian employment law and HR practices, combined with a good understanding of Spanish employment legislation and administration.
- Proven experience managing employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, absence management, and terminations.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels.
