support for the corporate management of Leonardo Group's Italian companies;
- participation in corporate body meetings where required;
- preparation and/or management of informative notices regarding meetings;
- management of necessary compliances (i.e., preparation of proxies for participation in Assemblies, examination/modification of relative statutes and/or regulations, preparation of letters of appointment for LDO representatives in relative bodies);
- production of specific reports (such as, for example, lists of expiring bodies or lists of positions);
