Join Telespazio – Leonardo Space Division as a Strategy and New Initiatives Specialist. Leonardo is a leading global industrial group in Aerospace, Defence and Security. Telespazio, a joint venture between Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), is a global reference in satellite solutions and services. The role is based in Rome and involves supporting investment opportunities, strategic planning, market analysis, and identification of new business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, evaluation and implementation of investment opportunities linked to business development initiatives, entry into new markets, and innovation initiatives.
- Support Top Management in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Produce reports to present to Top Management with outputs of strategic initiatives analysis.
- Support the strategic planning and market analysis processes, monitoring competitive scenario and market positioning of products/services.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business / Economics / Management Engineering.
- 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Previous consulting experience strongly requested.
- Excellent business modeling, financial and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- English proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with good networking and leadership skills.
