Overview In this Laboratory Account Manager role, you drive growth in the Allergy and Autoimmunity segments within Italy by acquiring new customers and expanding existing ones. You will support regional strategy, provide data-driven insights for product roadmap, and collaborate across global teams in a matrix setup. You'll manage forecasts, promotion activity, and stakeholder networks to deliver customer value. The position offers cross‐functional impact in a world‐scale organization with opportunities to shape commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Bachelor of Science (preferred)
3–5 years sales experience in diagnostic market
Experience in a matrix organization with sales dynamics
Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement policies
Proven track record in customer interactions
Willingness to travel at least 70%
Experience with SFDC preferred
Customer‐oriented mentality
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication
Interpersonal effectiveness and rapport building
Self‐directed, persistent and goal‐oriented
Effective sales, planning and territory management
Team player and organized with multitasking ability
