How You'll Make an Impact
Lead, mentor, and develop the project engineering team, setting clear goals and performance objectives to achieve outstanding operational results.
Oversee the complete lifecycle of substation engineering projects, ensuring design, implementation, testing, and commissioning are executed flawlessly.
Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions to resolve operational challenges and minimize delays.




Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring all engineering activities are cost-effective and aligned with company standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks, preparing regular reports on project status, budget adherence, and team performance for senior management.
What You Bring
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Significant experience in project engineering, preferably within the energy transmission or substation industry.
Proven leadership experience managing a team of engineering professionals, demonstrating strong influencing and collaboration skills.
Technical and financial acumen, with expertise in project management, planning, implementation, and risk management.
Fluent English for technical purposes, both spoken and written. Fluency in Italian is also mandatory.
