MDO Process Specialist
The MDO Specialist will contribute to lead the start-up and industrialization of a brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-films
Work closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new products
Ensure process stability, output, quality and efficiency
Act as a problem solver
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloor
Requisiti
Master's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience, demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, scaling up and industrialization,



strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, including structured root cause analysis, strong operational mindset: passionate about working hands‐on with the machines, fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken), strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production. Would be considered plus: proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industry, solid knowledge of polypropylene polymers and PP‐film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)
