Job Overview
DXC Technology is looking for a SAP FI-CO Expert to support the double‑digit growth of the SAP Business Group (SBG) by contributing to new opportunities for existing and new clients.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the SAP FI‑CO module in alignment with client requirements, taking technical ownership from design to implementation.
- Apply consultative solution techniques to shape, interpret and help define client requirements and ensure they address business goals.
- Act as an SAP business consultant on migration or optimization projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior and mid‑level colleagues on SAP FI‑CO delivery activities.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to the SAP FI‑CO module.
- Interface directly with clients to validate solutions and gather requirements.
- Contribute to the definition of technical standards and best practices within the SAP practice.
- Assist in the hiring process through technical assessments during interviews.

Qualifications
- Proven, advanced experience with the SAP FI‑CO module.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to the team without formal hierarchical responsibility.
- Operational autonomy and ability to manage priorities independently.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP certification.

Location
Milan with lavoro da remoto possibility.
Compensation
Gross annual base salary starting from €58,000, in line with applicable collective labour agreement.
