Overview In this role you drive profitable growth for Ultrapure Water (EDI & LAB) across the EMEA region, leading regional teams and shaping go-to-market and channel strategies. You will manage a high-value pipeline, collaborate with product, R&D;, and operations, and represent Xylem at industry events. The position offers visibility and impact in a global, sustainability-focused business. You'll solve complex sales challenges while advancing critical water solutions.

Develop targeted sales strategies for key verticals (Pharma, Energy, Semiconductor, Industrial Water Treatment)
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and robust pipeline (SIOP reporting)
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D;, Operations, Technical Support,



and Customer Service
Monitor market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
Represent Xylem at industry events and customer engagements across EMEA and beyond
Drive opportunity/funnel management using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Ensure profitable deals while protecting margins
Prepare and present updates, forecasts, and insights to global leadership
Foster cross-unit collaboration to leverage synergies
Conduct regular performance reviews and support talent development
Responsibilities 12+ years of experience in water treatment sales
7–10 years of leadership in sales or BD roles
Proven regional leadership experience, including with Business Development Managers
Strong expertise in deionized/ultrapure water applications (EDI & LAB desirable)
Established industrial and customer networks in Pharma, Power, Semiconductor, and Industrial Water Treatment
