Job Overview
This role sits at the intersection of software development, quality, customer experience, and supplier management, driving quality excellence throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will be a key advocate for the customer, helping engineering teams identify risks early, prioritize critical issues, and continuously improve software quality through data‐driven decisions.
Responsibilities
Define and monitor Software Quality Development indicators across all project phases.
Proactively detect, elevate, and resolve quality risks to protect project milestones and customer satisfaction.
Support engineering teams in achieving quality objectives from development through launch.
Bring customer expectations and quality requirements into project decision‐making.
Assess risks and mitigation plans through SOP and warranty phases.
Ensure customer feedback is translated into concrete improvement actions.
Coordinate structured issue prioritization
