The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and driven Scientist to join our growing international team at the forefront of m RNA and lipid nanoparticle (LNP) process development. This role sits at the intersection of process development and technology transfer, where science meets scalability. You will transform customer and internal m RNA/LNP processes into robust, manufacturing‐ready solutions — directly impacting therapeutic programs. You will work hands‐on across the full m RNA workflow, including: Bioreactor‐based in vitro transcription (IVT)



FPLC purification (AKTA systems) LNP formulation Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Your experiments will not remain theoretical — you will see them scale, transfer, and operate in real‐world manufacturing environments.
