Product Specialist – Wound Closure & Healing
Our Surgery team is reimagining how we heal. We are looking for a Product Specialist to manage the promotion of Wound Closure & Healing products in Lombardia, leading commercial strategy in your territory and providing technical and commercial support to surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
Interact with clinical stakeholders (surgeons and scrub nurses) to explain product technical features and provide training during surgical procedures.
Support participation in public tender procedures and negotiation of private contracts, ensuring successful end‐to‐end process.
Develop projects related to data management & insights, including predictive analysis based on data.
Support digital solutions launched by J&J; and contribute to their strategic execution.
Apply health economics expertise to collect and analyze data, substantiate economic value proposition of J&J; products, and disseminate value‐based messages to customers.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in STEM or Economics, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the health sector, preferably MedTech.
Background or coursework in Digital Marketing, Project Management, or Business Data Analytics, or hands‐on experience in these areas.
Fluency in Italian (native) and English.

Base Pay Range
€36,000.00 – €57,155.00 per year
