manufacturing and other industries in Italy and the rest of Southern Europe.Ideal Profile* Strong and proven expertise in health & safety culture assessment and transformation gained either as a consultant or in an international industry environment using recognized models (10 years plus)* Operational health & safety risk management experience at multiple organization levels applying Human Performance tools, Human Factor models, SIF prevention programs, Behavior Based Safety and other methods like Executive and Frontline Coaching* Experience of guiding senior management teams in health & safety leadership and transformation through training, coaching, executive or corporate board positions in HSE or other roles* Experience on HSE MS and potential accreditation in a health and safety field desired (e.g. ISO 45001, NEBOSH, Industrial Engineering, BOSIET and MIST for offshore work desirable but not ess
