We're looking for a Scrum Master who lives and breathes agile delivery — and who's just as comfortable in a DevOps environment as in a sprint retro. This isn't a ceremonies-only role: we want someone who understands the technical pipeline, speaks the engineers' language, and helps the team ship reliably.
The project
You'll drive delivery for an international engineering team building software for industrial fuel‐dispensing systems. It's a hands‐on, technically demanding environment where agile maturity and DevOps awareness make a real difference. You'll work side by side with developers, QA, and stakeholders across several countries — so strong communication in English is part of the day‐to‐day.
What you'll do
Own and facilitate the full set of Scrum ceremonies (planning, dailies, reviews, retros)



and keep them genuinely useful, not just routine
Remove blockers and protect the team's focus and flow
Bring a DevOps mindset to delivery — understanding CI/CD, build pipelines, and how the team's work actually reaches production
Track progress, surface risks early, and keep international stakeholders aligned
Coach the team toward continuous improvement and healthy agile practices
What we're looking for
Solid track record as a Scrum Master in technical teams
Hands‐on familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, pipelines, Linux environments)
Strong command of Jira
Comfortable working in Linux
English at C1 level — you'll be coordinating an international team
Premio: background or curiosity in embedded / industrial software
