Job Description Key responsibilities include: Deliver in‐clinic services (~65‐70%) – identify educational needs, develop recommendations, support ~30 HCPs, establish KPIs, maintain high service levels, and record all activity in VEEVA CRM. Support online education via My Excellence (~10%) – promote curricula on the AA‐owned platform, improve clinician knowledge, and deliver value‐added services for patient assessment and treatment planning. Assist AMI Lead with event delivery (~20‐25%) – support local AMI events,



attend industry conferences, MD CodesTM trainings, and contribute to self‐development and upskilling. Qualifications University degree in a clinically based subject (medicine, nursing, or dentistry). Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales or clinical facilitator role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle. Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English. Travel: 80‐85% of the time, locally, nationally, and potentially internationally; overnight and some weekend work may be required. Preferred: Experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Experience in training/coaching, event management, and facilitation of workshops and other training solutions.
