Experteer Overview In this role you will drive the design and integration of active antenna systems, aligning RF, digital and power aspects with program needs. You will work within a cross‐functional team to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications and architectures. You will shape trade‐offs across RF, power and digital domains, and ensure delivery meets performance, quality, schedule, and cost targets. Responsibilities Collect requirements from stakeholders and formalize them into models and specifications Lead trade‐off analyses for RF, power, and digital architectures considering technology state‐of‐the‐art Down‐flow antenna requirements to subassemblies (RF front‐ends, amplifiers, PSUs, digital control, BFN, harness)



Model active antennas using lifecycle‐appropriate tools Support IVV‐Q activities Interface with suppliers to ensure delivery aligns with performance, quality, schedule, and cost Interface with customers for reviews Qualifications Master in Electronics Engineering Background in RF, digital, and power engineering Fluency in professional English Proactive mindset and strong teamwork Mastering of Digital Beam Forming is a plus System Engineering in active antennas domain Familiar with Matlab/Simulink, Key Sight System Vue, and AWR/MWO‐VSS Ability to manage RF and power budgets Familiar with modeling active antennas for RF/digital/power subsystems Experience with Analog and Digital Beamforming Benefits Performance premio (up to 4,550) Mobility policy enabling international career development Career growth opportunities Permanent contract Income components (VC Target Rate up to 8%, CIPI up to 1,822) #J-18808-Ljbffr
