Logistic Specialist – South‑East Europe, Italy (Associate Level)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and analyze logistical resources required to move assigned products through the supply chain, ensuring process efficiency, timeliness, and compliance with legal and quality requirements.
- Maintain and analyze inventory parameters such as quality, unhealthy stock, goods shelf‑life, inventory levels, coverage groups, ROP, and minimum stock levels.
- Place purchasing orders in the system and supervise the safety‑stock and demand requirements.
- Ensure goods are delivered in time and in full; supervise invoicing and financial reserves for transport costs.
- Implement critical metrics and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
- Develop and maintain a master schedule for transportation information, routing, carriers, and cost effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong planning, problem‑solving,



and self‑learning abilities.
- Experience in inventory replenishment and management, warehousing processes, purchasing, shipping, and transport.
- Background in Logistics/Supply Chain education is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the Dynamix system.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in Italian and English; additional proficiency in Turkish is a plus.
