ABB is seeking a senior real estate leader to design and run a global Lease Portfolio Management Centre of Excellence, aligning governance, data quality and controls with business needs. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on execution and partners with Finance, Legal, Tax and Procurement.
You will own end-to-end lease administration, drive digitisation, build dashboards and lead a centralized team as the CoE matures, reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate.
