Middle Leadership Position– CommencingTerm 12027
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator and middle leader to shape a vibrant Culture program that enriches the spiritual, creative and cocurricular life of All Hallows' School.
The Head of Culture is responsible for the leadership and administration of cocurricular culture activities within the School and is accountable to the Principal through the Dean of Mission.
The role leads the strategic development and day-to-day management of the School's Culture program, including cultural contributions to the liturgical and spiritual life of the School, Performing Arts, Debating and Public Speaking, Private Speech and Drama and Music Tuition program.
Central to the position is supporting the School's liturgical program, leading the choral and vocal ensemble program as Director of Choirs, and ensuring that the charism of Catherine McAuley and the ethos of the Sisters of Mercy permeate the programs within the Head of Culture's areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will be an experienced teacher and middle leader who can foster a vibrant and inclusive Culture program, lead staff with integrity and compassion, and promote excellence in student participation, performance and engagement.

demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and administrative skills, including the ability to foster collaboration and cooperation within groups
experience leading cocurricular culture programs, including Performing Arts, Dance, Debating, Theatresports, productions, ensembles, festivals and showcases
the ability to support high-quality Performing Arts contributions to liturgies, assemblies and major school celebrations
strong communication and organisational skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with staff, students, parent
