Overview You will join the Financial Institutions Products team within Global Transaction Banking, where you will contribute to the development and growth of innovative Digital Asset services. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy and leading strategic initiatives related to Digital Asset Custody, tokenization, and DLT-based financial market infrastructures. Working in a highly regulated and rapidly evolving environment, you will collaborate with business, technology, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions for internal and external clients. What you'll be doing Define and drive the strategy and evolution of the Group's Digital Asset Custody services, ensuring operational scalability and long-term sustainability. Lead the development of tokenization and Registrar services for the issuance of financial instruments on Distributed Ledger Technology platforms. Manage product lifecycle activities, including value proposition definition, business case development, operating model design,



business requirements collection and contractual framework support. Coordinate complex project initiatives, overseeing execution, IT solution validation, risk monitoring, budget management, vendor assessment and outsourcing activities. Support client-facing teams during business development discussions and onboarding activities related to Digital Asset services. Participate in industry working groups and banking associations at national and international level, contributing to the evolution of market practices and standards. Analyze regulatory developments including Mi CAR, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR and Fintech regulations, assessing their impact on products, processes and operating models. Who we are looking for More than 5 years of experience in product and project management roles.
