The Opportunity
As a Junior Purchasing Officer (tempo parziale, 21 hours per week), you will support both purchasing activities and internal operational logistics. The role combines supplier and order management with hands on support for employee equipment,



welcome pack logistics and coordination with internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Purchasing, Finance, People and Facility teams to ensure smooth operational processes across the company, contributing to day to day activities that are essential for the organization to run efficiently.

- Base salary: €23K - €25K (Full-time reference, prorated for part-time employees)

Responsibilities
- Support purchasing activities and supplier management
- Collect and manage purchase requests from internal stakeholders
- Support supplier selection, qualification and order management processes
- Negotiate with suppliers and monitor purchasing conditions and deadlines
