The Role: As Sales Director, South, HOKA, EMEA, you'll drive the long-term strategic growth and retail ecosystem of the HOKA brand across Italy and Iberia. You'll lead the transition from a distributor-led to branch-led market in Iberia, recruit and develop a high-performing sales team, and build strong relationships with senior business partners and retail buying groups.



Your leadership will be key in growing revenue, market share, and brand equity, while ensuring the brand's presence and standards are maximized at every touchpoint.
