As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Technical Support Engineer to support our growing operations in Europe.

Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials. Additionally,



the role involves compiling repair case studies.

Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) or native proficiency is mandatory, English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
~ Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
~3+ years of relevant work experience in EV or the new energy industry is preferred.
~ Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Power, Communications, Electronics, Measurement & Control Technology, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, or other related STEM fields is preferred.
