Cyber Security Service Manager – Leonardo Leonardo is an international industrial group in the Aerospace, Defense and Security sectors, with a global presence across 150 countries and more than 60,000 employees. Responsibilities Supervise the delivery of managed and non‐managed services, ensuring contractual commitments (SLA) and continuous service improvement. Serve as the primary interface with the client and coordinate Leonardo's technical verticals for service delivery. Organise and conduct periodic Service Reviews with clients, presenting service performance, managing criticalities, and proposing solutions, new technologies or process improvements. Coordinate escalations for major incidents or changes that impact service delivery. Act as Service On‐boarding Manager during onboarding, overseeing activities and gathering information to activate security services as per contract. Draft and continuously update relevant deliverables. Qualifications Education: Degree in a technical STEM discipline or equivalent. Experience:



At least 3 years in Cyber Security and/or as a Security Service Manager or a management role, preferably in multidisciplinary, multi‐service environments. Technical knowledge: Project management in Cyber Security. Documentation creation and support for service delivery verticals. Management of functional work groups, locally and remotely. Knowledge of SOC and Digital Center services (RTSM, SDM, SSM, Red Teaming, Threat Intelligence, etc.). Understanding of service instantiation phases for SOC‐delivered services. Knowledge of technical parameters characterising each SOC‐delivered service. Familiarity with current attack vectors and ATP‐style attacks. Knowledge of NIST frameworks and mapping to SOC/Digital Center services. Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Proficiency with key Cyber Security technologies (WAF, PROXY, ANTISPAM, FIREWALL, IDS/IPS, SIEM, EDR/MDR). Language: English, B1 level or higher. Soft skills: Analytical thinking, problem solving,
