Manage end-to-end content delivery timelines, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met. Lead internal projects as a project manager,



acting as the primary link between local and offshore stakeholders. Drive efforts to prioritize work schedules based on client needs and team capacity. Monitor performance metrics to identify opportunities for production process improvements. Requirements Italian native language and business-level English required. Must reside in Milan and be available to work onsite. 3-5 years of experience in agency or client-side roles within the pharma or life sciences industry. Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or computer science. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.
