What you will do Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals within the Italian market. Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and social selling. Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect challenges and demonstrate product value. Manage commercial and contractual negotiations through to final signature. Collaborate with Marketing, Product,



and Onboarding teams to refine sales strategies and ensure customer success. Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in full-cycle outbound sales , ideally within the Italian fintech or Saa S space. Native fluency in Italian and professional proficiency in English. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
